It’s a big improvement on a year earlier.
However, Verizon said its internet service dropped by 4.6% and AT&T Internet dropped by 2.4%.
The drop was due to slower broadband and fewer customers in the country.
Verizon has been one of the biggest offenders when it comes to Internet service and dropped service for the entire year, dropping its service by nearly 20% in December 2018.
AT&am is still one of Verizon’s biggest competitors and dropped its service for 2018.
The biggest problem is the price of internet access in the U.S.
The U.K. and Germany are also major players when it come to internet speeds.
The U.N. reports that in 2019, the average price for internet service in Germany was almost 50% lower than the U,K.
The cost of Internet access in both countries is so high that a number of internet service providers, including Netflix, Hulu and Spotify, have announced plans to invest in their own internet infrastructure.
However that hasn’t happened.
According to the FCC, in 2019 the average cost of internet was $6.80 per month in the United States and $10.10 in Germany.
